Job Description

As an HR Recruiter in Calicut, you will be a key player in the recruitment process for our company. Your role involves: - Handling end-to-end recruitment tasks like sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Coordinating with department heads to comprehend manpower needs. - Managing job postings, candidate databases, and recruitment reports. - Conducting initial HR interviews and scheduling technical/managerial rounds. - Ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience during the hiring process. - Supporting employer branding and recruitment-related activities. To thrive in this position, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in retail/IT/sales hiring. - Bachelors degree/MBA in HR or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requirements. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals/social media hiring.
