Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding. The role requires excellent communication skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to near by candidates with the travelling time of 45 minutes

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
• Source candidates through portals, networking, and social media.
• Screen and interview candidates to shortlist the most suitable profiles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.
• Manage the offer process and assist in onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment drives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
