HR Recruiter

NOTE: Candidates who can join on Monday or Tuesday on 13thor 14 h of September 2025 only should apply Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for voice and non-voice processes for leading BPO clients. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates in domestic voice processes. Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic BPO clients is advantage (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and joining). Source candidates from job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.), social media platforms, and referrals. Screen candidates for communication, attitude, and job stability. Conduct telephonic interviews and assess suitability based on client requirements. Maintain and update daily trackers and recruitment reports. Achieve daily and weekly targets for line-ups, offers, and joiners. Coordinate with clients for feedback, interview schedules, and updates. Maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and low drop ratio. Requirements:Minimum 6 months – 3 years of experience in Domestic BPO hiring (voice/non-voice). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Knowledge of bulk hiring and walk-in drives preferred. Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets). Educational Qualification:Any graduate (preferred specialization in HR or related field). Salary Range:₹15,000 – ₹28,000 (depending on experience and performance). Attractive incentives based on closures and revenue contribution. Work Schedule:Monday to Friday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) and Saturday Half day 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM Sunday fixed off
