HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR & BDE (Human Resources & Business Development Executive) Organisation: MediRecruiters – National Level Doctors’ Recruitment Consultancy Location: N5, CIDCO, Aurangabad Job Type: Full-time | Office-based Working Hour: 9 hours per day Key Responsibilities HR Responsibilities * Coordinate with doctors for job opportunities across India * Screening, calling, and shortlisting candidates * Maintaining candidate database and regular follow-ups * Coordinating interviews between hospitals and doctors * Managing basic HR documentation and records Business Development Responsibilities * Connecting with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions * Presenting MediRecruiters’ recruitment services professionally * Generating and managing new client leads * Maintaining strong relationships with clients * Supporting business growth initiatives Eligibility Criteria * Education: Graduate / Post Graduate  (No ongoing commitments with any educational institute) * Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales / business development * Language: Fluent English communication (mandatory) * Gender: Preferably female candidates (male candidates may also be considered) Skills Required * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Confidence in calling, follow-ups, and client handling * Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp) * Target-driven mindset with a professional approach Compensation & Benefits * Handsome fixed salary based on experience and skills * Attractive, performance-based incentives with high earning potential * Clear growth path linked to performance Contact: Md Shaibaz COO - MediRecruiters  9921300025 / 7722007995 ceo@medirecruiters.in
