HR Recruiter

The Maharishi University of Information Technology (MUIT) was established under MUIT Uttar Pradesh Act No. 31 of 2001 Notification No. 573 dated 06 October, 2001. Maharishi University has developed phenomenally since its inception to be recognized as a premier University in the country today.

We MUIT looking for HR Recruiter Position at Maharishi University of Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Staffing:

  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for faculty and administrative positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

• Onboarding:

  Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with university policies and a smooth transition into the institution.

• Employee Relations:

  Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication between staff and management.

• Compliance:

  Ensure adherence to labor laws, university policies, and accreditation standards related to human resources practices.

• Training and Development:

  Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

• HR Administration:

  Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and support various HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:

  A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

  Previous experience in HR recruitment, preferably within the education sector or a similar environment.

• Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
