Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in sourcing top-tier engineering, technical, and security-cleared talent for a leading Defence Aerospace company. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and compliance with industry and defense regulations. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment cycle – from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection to onboarding. Talent Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and defense-specific hiring platforms to identify and attract skilled candidates (engineers, R&D, avionics, systems integration, etc.). Defense Sector Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes follow security clearance norms, background checks, and confidentiality requirements specific to the defense sector. Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams and department heads to understand role requirements and job descriptions. Campus Engagement: Coordinate with engineering colleges, defence institutes, and training centers for fresher and lateral hiring. Employer Branding: Represent the company at job fairs, defense expos, and professional events to attract niche talent. HR Documentation: Assist in offer letter generation, joining formalities, and maintaining recruitment reports and databases. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to recruitment policies and processes based on analytics and feedback.
