We're looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Talent Acquisition Executives to join our recruitment team and support our rapid growth. Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Lokaci, you will play a crucial role in identifying, onboarding, and placing qualified salon professionals such as beauticians, hair stylists, makeup artists, and more. This is a target-based position requiring a minimum of 15 successful, paid hirings per month to unlock salary and incentives. Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit skilled candidates for various salon roles through online and offline channels. Conduct screenings and preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate fit for client salons. Ensure at least 15 successful placements with payment collection from clients per month . Maintain active communication with salon partners to understand staffing needs and timelines. Follow up to ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates and payment confirmation. Keep detailed records of recruitment activities, candidate status, and client feedback. Eligibility Criteria: Experience in recruitment, sales, or staffing services is preferred (Fresher with strong communication skills may apply). Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment. Professional-level English and Hindi communication skills. Ability to manage field recruitment if required (visiting salons or training centers). Basic knowledge of salon services and roles is an added advantage. Compensation Structure: Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month (only applicable upon achieving minimum 15 paid hirings per month). Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable beyond target. Note: Failure to meet the minimum target will result in zero compensation for that month.
