HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter

Experience: 1 to 3 years
Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
Location: Kerala
Language Requirement: Malayalam, English

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create job postings.
• Use job portals, social media, and other platforms to source candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews in Malayalam.
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with departments for interview scheduling and feedback.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT or BPO hiring preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (mandatory) and English(preferred).
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
