Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet company hiring goals.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate data and recruitment metrics.
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

Skills and Qualifications

MBA (HR)
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with job boards and social media recruitment strategies.
