As a Recruiter at Jobzshala, your role will include: - Manage end-to-end internal recruitment for various roles at Jobzshala. - Drive client acquisition, onboard, and engage employers to use Jobzshala's hiring platform. - Understand client requirements and help deliver the right candidate profiles. - Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring partners. - Represent Jobzshala in a professional and compelling manner during client and candidate interactions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for recruitment planning and support. - Maintain ATS/CRM and ensure a seamless hiring process. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR/BD roles. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong in client interaction and people skills. - Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening & shortlisting profiles. - A positive attitude and a hunger to grow in a startup environment. - Ability to multitask and handle both internal and client-facing roles effectively.
