We're looking for a dynamic and result-driven Recruiter who can own internal hiring and client acquisition , while also ensuring our clients find the right talent through our platform. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end internal recruitment for various roles at Jobzshala. Drive client acquisition – onboard and engage employers to use Jobzshala’s hiring platform. Understand client requirements and help deliver the right candidate profiles . Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring partners. Represent Jobzshala in a professional and compelling manner during client and candidate interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for recruitment planning and support. Maintain ATS/CRM and ensure a seamless hiring process. What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR/BD roles. Excellent communication and presentation skills . Strong in client interaction and people skills. Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening & shortlisting profiles. A positive attitude and a hunger to grow in a startup environment.
