Job Title: HR Manager Department: Human Resources Summary: The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources pracƟces and processes. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relaƟons, performance management, ensuring legal compliance. The HR Manager works closely with other departments to support business goals and foster a posiƟve work environment. Key ResponsibiliƟes: * Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transiƟon for new hires. * Employee RelaƟons: Address employee concerns, provide guidance on HR policies, and mediate conflicts. Conduct invesƟgaƟons and disciplinary acƟons as needed. * HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. * HRIS and Data Management: Manage HRIS systems, maintain employee records, and generate reports. * Employee Engagement: Develop and implement iniƟaƟves to improve employee engagement and saƟsfacƟon. * Other DuƟes: Perform other duƟes as assigned. QualificaƟons: * MBA in Human Resources OR related field. * 2+ years of experience in HR Recruitment. * Excellent communicaƟon, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
