Role Overview

We are hiring a Recruiting Intern to support the Human Resources team in end-to-end recruitment. This internship offers valuable exposure to HR operations, hiring workflows, and talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in posting jobs on job portals and social media.

· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.

· Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.

· Follow up with candidates for documentation and onboarding.

· Support in recruitment for internal and client projects.

· Help maintain recruitment dashboards and reports.

Eligibility Criteria

· MBA (HR) students or recent graduates preferred.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc., is a plus.
