Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Recruiter cum Trainer Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing recruitment processes for IT positions while also coordinating trainers for patching new batches.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate trainers for patching new batches of recruits, ensuring timely deployment and alignment with training schedules.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Conduct training needs assessments to determine training priorities and areas for skill development.
• Create and update training materials, manuals, and documentation to support training programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants to make improvements.
• Assist in the development of training budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effective training solutions.
