Key Responsibilities:
1. Source potential candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and internal databases
2. Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist relevant profiles3. Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate skills, experience, interest, notice period, and salary expectations4. Share shortlisted candidates with hiring managers or senior recruiters for the next steps5. Maintain and update candidate records in internal trackers or ATS6. Handle job postings and manage recruitment databases effectively
