Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Recruiter (Intern) based in Jaipur. The HR Recruiter Intern will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. Key tasks include posting job vacancies, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will also assist in onboarding processes and support the overall recruitment strategy of the company. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of recruitment processes and tools Ability to manage databases and create candidate profiles Organizational and time management skills Proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential candidates Relevant coursework or experience in Human Resources or a related field is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Female Candidate is preferred for this role.
