Job Description

You have the opportunity to join Infosearch BPO Services Pvt Ltd as a HR Recruiter. Your role will involve recruiting a large number of candidates within a short timeframe. You will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job fairs, job portals, on-campus and off-campus drives. Additionally, you will screen resumes and job applications, interview candidates both telephonically and in-person, review applicant documents, and conduct background checks. The work timings for this role are from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. To be eligible for this position, you must be a female candidate with an MBA in HR, any other graduate degree, or a PG Diploma in HR. You should have 1-3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, with exposure to BPO/ITES recruitments being an added advantage. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role, and the ability to speak in any regional language will be beneficial. Immediate joiners are preferred.
