HR Recruiter & HRBP Executive

1. HR Recruiter – Blue Collar Associate Hiring Source and recruit blue-collar workforce (warehouse associates, loaders, packers, etc.) through job portals, agencies, field visits, etc. Manage bulk hiring drives, job fairs, and campus hiring. Screening, coordinating interviews, selection & onboarding. Maintain candidate pipeline as per manpower requirements. MIS reporting & daily/weekly hiring trackers. 2. Field Recruiter – Biker / Delivery Executive Hiring Conduct field recruitment activities for hiring bikers/delivery personnel. Visit hotspots, community centers, transport hubs, and local areas to mobilize candidates. Coordinate with local vendors, training partners, or sourcing channels. Conduct document verification, onboarding formalities, and induction. Ensure minimum attrition during early days through engagement and support. 3. HRBP Executive – Field HR Support Act as a key HR contact for field teams and associates. Address grievances, manage escalations, and ensure employee engagement. Implement HR policies at the ground level, ensure compliance. Support in attendance tracking, attrition control, and productivity initiatives. Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends. Coordinate with operations and central HR for manpower planning and HR interventions.
