Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Hastinapuram, Chrompet, Chennai Employment Type: Permanent – Full Time Reports To: HR Manager / Recruitment Lead Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Hastinapuram, Chrompet, Chennai. The recruiter will manage the complete recruitment process — from sourcing to onboarding — ensuring the right talent is hired on time. Key Responsibilities: Understand Hiring Needs – Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles. Talent Sourcing – Post job openings, search resumes on job portals, use LinkedIn, and connect with suitable candidates. Screening & Shortlisting – Review applications, conduct telephonic screenings, and shortlist candidates. Interview Coordination – Schedule and manage interviews with the hiring team. Offer & Onboarding – Prepare offer letters, coordinate joining formalities, and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain Records – Keep updated applicant databases and recruitment progress reports. Build Talent Pipeline – Maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). 0.5–2 years of recruitment experience (freshers with strong communication skills may apply). Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and social media sourcing. Strong communication and organizational skills. Employment Type: Permanent – Full Time
