Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing:

  Assist in sourcing candidates for various roles across Non IT, healthcare, US IT Recruiters, Bench Sales Recruiters, OPT Recruiters, and other roles using job boards, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.

• Initial Screening:

  Conduct preliminary screenings and assess candidates' qualifications, availability, and interest for the positions.

• Interview Coordination:

  Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Database Management:

  Maintain an updated candidate database and track applicants through the recruitment lifecycle.

• Team Interaction:

  Communicate with Leads/Managers to gather job requirements and understand their staffing needs.

• Team Support:

  Work closely with senior recruiters to meet hiring targets and provide general recruitment support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:

  1 - 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within US staffing or HR.

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree (Preferably in HR, Business Administration, MBA ) or a related field.

• Strong Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and Leads.

• Attention to Detail:

  Ability to handle multiple job openings and ensure accurate candidate tracking.

• Proficiency in Recruitment Tools:

  Familiarity with job boards like Naukri, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.

• Team Player:

  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the hiring roles for Bench sales, US IT, OPT and Healthcare , Domestic
• Experience in IT or technical recruitment is a plus.
