Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter to join our HR team and help us find top talent for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job postings.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2 2.5 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably IT).
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements at once.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
