  • Desired Profile
    • Graduate in any discipline (HR/Business Administration preferred).
    • 24 years of experience in recruitment (experience in schools/educational institutions is a plus).
    • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), and ATS systems.
    • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
    • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple positions simultaneously.
