Description We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems. Collaborate with HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide feedback to candidates post-interview and maintain communication throughout the hiring process. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in India.
