The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage recruitment processes effectively while supporting broader HR functions. --- ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the complete **recruitment life cycle**, from sourcing to onboarding. * Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms. * Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final interviews. * Utilize various channels (social media, job portals, networking) for talent acquisition. * Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings. * Coordinate and support daily HR administrative tasks. * Assist in maintaining employee records, onboarding documents, and HR reports. * Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. * Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. --- ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in **end-to-end recruitment**. * Working knowledge of **HR administrative functions**. * Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Well-organized with strong attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * **Female candidates only**, aged **below 30 years**.
