HR Recruiter Executive

As a Junior Recruiter for the FMCG, CLOUD KITCHEN, and Retail hiring team, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent. Your main focus will be on retail roles, from sales associates to store managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in executing the end-to-end recruitment process for retail roles such as sales associates, store managers, and cashiers. - Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on interview outcomes. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system. - Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality retail talent. - Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment drives as required. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail, cloud kitchen, or high-volume hiring. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases is a plus. - Passion for people and creating seamless hiring experiences.
