Job Description

As an HR professional in the automation industry, your role will involve a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Here is a breakdown of your key duties and responsibilities: - **Recruitment and Onboarding:** - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding of new hires. - Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create detailed job descriptions. - Conduct induction programs to help new employees integrate seamlessly into the organization. - **Employee Lifecycle Management:** - Handle separation procedures such as exit interviews, final settlements, and offboarding formalities. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies. - **Performance Management:** - Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and support employee performance evaluations. - Work with managers to identify training needs and organize relevant learning and development programs. - **Salary and Benefits Administration:** - Process monthly salaries, including calculating deductions, bonuses, and other components. - Administer employee benefits such as insurance policies, gratuity, and other statutory benefits. - **Legal Compliance and Documentation:** - Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory regulations. - Manage site-related documentation, including labor registers, attendance records, and contractor agreements. - Coordinate with external consultants or legal advisors for timely filings and audits. - **Reimbursement and Expense Management:** - Review and process reimbursement claims for site-related expenses and travel allowances. - Maintain accurate records of all site expense documentation. - **Insurance and Gratuity Management:** - Oversee employee insurance policies, including health, accident, and site-specific coverage. - Manage gratuity eligibility, processing, and claims. - **Administrative Support:** - Supervise various administrative tasks, including office maintenance, procurement of supplies, and facility management. - Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for site employees and address day-to-day operational issues. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments within the company. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work location is in person, ensuring close coordination with the team on-site.,
