HR Recruiter cum Operation

As an HR professional in the automation industry, you will have a pivotal role in managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing full-cycle recruitment by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for different roles. - Collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions. - Conducting employee induction programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization. - Handling separation processes, exit interviews, full-and-final settlements, and offboarding formalities. - Maintaining up-to-date employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies. - Supporting the implementation of performance appraisal systems and assisting in employee performance evaluations. - Working closely with managers to identify training needs and organizing learning and development programs. - Processing monthly salaries, calculating deductions, bonuses, and other components accurately. - Administering employee benefits such as insurance policies, gratuity, and other statutory benefits. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory regulations. - Managing site-related documentation, including labor registers, attendance records, and contractor agreements. - Reviewing and processing reimbursement claims for site-related expenses and travel allowances. - Maintaining accurate records of all site expense documentation. - Overseeing employee insurance policies, including health, accident, and site-specific coverage. - Managing gratuity eligibility, processing, and claims effectively. - Supervising administrative tasks, including office maintenance, procurement of supplies, and facility management. - Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for site employees and addressing day-to-day operational issues.
