Job Description

Sourcing & Screening:

Utilize various recruitment platforms (job boards, social media, networking) to source qualified candidates.
Review applications and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare candidates for interviews by providing company insights and role expectations.

Candidate Management:

Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.

Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment life cycle.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
