The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, be well-organized, and ready to take ownership of end-to-end hiring processes. Key Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records accurately Assist in onboarding processes including offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates Support HR team with other administrative and recruitment-related tasks as needed Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 months of experience in recruitment or HR operations Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to work in HSR Layout, Bangalore Immediate joiners preferred Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month Friendly and collaborative work environment Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes Learning opportunities to grow in the HR domain
