Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidatesfrom various platforms including job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and culture fit to ensure the right talent is selected.
Conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and alignment with company values.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and generating regular hiring reports and dashboards.
Building strong candidate pipelinesand nurturing relationships to support future hiring needs.

Skills Required:

A
Bachelors degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience
in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Proven
stakeholder management skills
to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms
and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to process improvements.
