Job Summary

As an HR Recruiter at Bluphlux, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the recruitment process using our cutting-edge Language Models (LLMs). You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring that our clients receive the most qualified candidates efficiently and effectively. Your work will contribute to our mission of revolutionizing hiring practices and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize Bluphluxs advanced AI tools to source and evaluate candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI-driven recruitment tools and technologies.
Familiarity with the tech industry and its talent landscape.
