HR Recruiter

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization. This includes handling job requisitions, conducting offer negotiations, and facilitating the onboarding process. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining talent pipelines by proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates through various channels such as online platforms, social media, and professional networks. Collaboration with hiring managers is key in this role as you will work closely with them to understand recruitment needs, provide market insights, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and hiring timelines. Your expertise in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools will be essential in tracking candidate progress, maintaining databases, and generating reports on pipeline activities. To excel in this position, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field along with at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to working in a recruitment agency. Experience in the Web3 industry and handling non-tech role hiring is highly beneficial. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms will give you an edge in this role. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be instrumental in effectively engaging and building relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
