HR Recruiter

_Job Title:_ HR Recruiter. Freshers or Experienced _Job Summary:_ We are seeking freshers and experienced and skilled HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth and success. _Key Responsibilities:_ 1. *Recruitment Planning:*   - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business needs.   - Create job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment advertisements. 2. *Candidate Sourcing:*   - Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.   - Network with potential candidates, industry professionals, and recruitment agencies. 3. *Application Management:*   - Manage and track job applications, resumes, and cover letters.   - Ensure timely and efficient communication with candidates. 4. *Interview Coordination:*   - Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.   - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process. 5. *Candidate Evaluation:*   - Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.   - Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers. 6. *Offer Management:*   - Extend job offers to selected candidates.   - Negotiate salary, benefits, and other employment terms. 7. *Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:*   - Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source-of-hire.   - Provide regular recruitment reports to stakeholders. _Requirements:_ - 6 months + of recruitment experience, preferably in an HR or recruitment agency . - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
