HR Recruiter
Key Responsibilities
:

End-to-end recruitment process

Sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, and internal databases

Screening resumes and conducting telephonic interviews

Coordinating interviews with hiring managers

Maintaining recruitment reports and candidate records

Supporting onboarding and joining formalities
Eligibility Criteria
:

Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred
-
06 years of relevant experience in recruitment
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
-
Willingness to work from the Karamboli location
