Job Description Job Title: HR Recruiter (1-3 Years Experience, Freshers Welcome) Location: Kochi Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven HR Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience, preferably in HR consultancy. Freshers with the right skill set and drive are also encouraged to apply. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across a variety of industries, playing a key part in helping our clients build their teams. Key Responsibilities: Identify, source, and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability for client roles. Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand specific hiring needs and job requirements. Manage the candidate experience, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term success. Stay current with recruitment trends and market conditions to drive continuous improvement. Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies to enhance hiring processes and meet client needs. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an HR consultancy (Freshers with strong skills and a keen interest in recruitment will be considered). Strong expertise in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and screening. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with candidates and clients. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work collaboratively with different stakeholders. Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office and experience with recruitment tools/software is a plus. A results-driven mindset with an eagerness to meet recruitment targets. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within a recruitment agency or HR consultancy is a bonus but not essential. A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
