Required Skills and Qualifications: 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with clients and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
