HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter (2–3 Years Experience)
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sourcing and hiring talent across various roles and levels, with a strong focus on candidate experience and hiring efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
• Understand job descriptions and role requirements in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams.
• Maintain recruitment data and reports using ATS or internal tracking systems.
• Manage offer roll-outs and ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain hiring SLAs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals , sourcing, and other recruitment platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience hiring for Non-IT roles
• Prior experience working in a company based in Coimbatore or knowledge of the local job market.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
