Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for our Domestic Voice Process. You will handle customer calls in Malayalam/Telugu and English(mandatory), providing efficient solutions and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in Malayalam(or) Telugu and English
• Address customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Adhere to company policies and communication standards

Requirements:

• Fluency in Malayalam (or) Telugu and English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore

Preferred Qualifications:

• +2 or any graduate
• Prior experience in customer support or call center environment is a plus
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
