- Computer Skills: A good understanding of computer operations is essential, from basic to advanced proficiency.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Nagamese
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Responsible for hiring the right talent and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Ability to foster a positive work environment and resolve team concerns professionally.
- Performance Management: Monitor, assess, and provide constructive feedback on employee performance to drive improvement.
- Training and Development: Identify skill gaps within the team and organize relevant training sessions.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with industry regulations.
- Payroll and Attendance: Oversee salary processing, attendance tracking, and leave management effectively.
