  • Support initiatives aimed at increasing employee productivity and engagement.
  • Facilitate continuous learning and development culture within the logistics sector environment.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on training effectiveness and performance outcomes for senior management.
  • Assist in organizational growth strategies by ensuring the right talent development and retention practices
