HR Placement Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated HR & Placement Assistant to support our human resources and placement activities. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, and placement coordination while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding and orientation processes.
• Coordinate placement activities for candidates, including liaising with companies and tracking placement progress.
• Support HR in organizing training programs, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating HR databases.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and hiring managers.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
• Expertise in using Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Forms) for collaboration and document management.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
