As a part of the Human Resources team at Ecorgy Solutions, your role will involve supporting recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the smooth integration of new employees. You will also be responsible for addressing employee concerns, promoting a positive work culture, conducting performance reviews with managers, supporting onshore documentation and clinician onboarding, planning employee engagement activities, enhancing HR operations, and assisting with other HR-related tasks as assigned. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees - Addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work culture - Conducting periodic performance reviews with managers - Assisting with onshore documentation, clinician onboarding, and orientation processes - Planning and coordinating employee engagement and team-building activities - Enhancing HR operations and overall employee experience - Supporting in other HR-related tasks as assigned Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field - 3-5 years of experience in HR with exposure to performance management, recruitment, and compliance - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - Willingness to work night shift (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) at the office location in Elippode, Trivandrum - Immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum location preferred Ecorgy Solutions offers exposure to a dynamic healthcare environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
