HR Performance Management Specialist/HR Generalist

You will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment and onboarding processes to facilitate the seamless integration of new employees. Your responsibilities will also include addressing employee concerns, cultivating a positive work culture, conducting performance reviews with managers, assisting with onshore documentation and clinician onboarding, organizing employee engagement activities, optimizing HR operations, and aiding in various other HR-related tasks as required. - Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees - Address employee concerns and nurture a positive work culture - Conduct periodic performance reviews with managers - Assist with onshore documentation, clinician onboarding, and orientation processes - Plan and coordinate employee engagement and team-building activities - Enhance HR operations and overall employee experience - Support in other HR-related tasks as assigned To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in HR with exposure to performance management, recruitment, and compliance - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team - Willingness to work night shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) at the office location in Elippode, Trivandrum - Preference for immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum location Joining Ecorgy Solutions will provide you with exposure to a dynamic healthcare environment, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
