Job Title:

About the Company:

IndiaFilings is a leading online platform offering business registration, compliance, and accounting solutions across India.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
Handle attendance, leave management, and salary disbursement.
Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.
Prepare and distribute salary slips, maintain payroll records.
Coordinate with finance for salary payments and tax filings.
Generate payroll reports and support audits.
Assist in HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding.

Skills & Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of payroll handling experience.
Good knowledge of payroll software and statutory compliance.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Strong communication skills and confidentiality awareness.

Salary:

Competitive, based on experience.
