Job Description

As an HR Specialist in this role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Handle salary revisions, bonuses, and other compensations. - Coordinate with finance and operations teams for disbursement of salaries. - Ensure statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) are accurately calculated and deposited. In terms of Attendance & Leave Management, your duties will include: - Monitoring attendance and leave records using HRMS or manual systems. - Coordinating with outlet/store managers for accurate attendance data. - Addressing discrepancies in attendance and leave. For Compliance & Documentation, you will be tasked with: - Maintaining up-to-date employee records including contracts, KYC documents, etc. Additionally, you will provide General HR Support by: - Assisting in onboarding and exit formalities. - Supporting employee queries related to salary, tax, and benefits. To excel in this role, the following qualifications and skills are required: - Bachelors degree in HR, Commerce, or a related field. - Sound understanding of Indian labor laws, taxation, and statutory compliance. - Strong MS Excel skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - High attention to detail and confidentiality.
