Sales Executive/Manager

As a Sales Manager in the Construction/Building Materials industry, you will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and business networks. Your role will involve undertaking technical designs to support project-specific sales and marketing activities, ensuring the specification and use of the company's products. Developing strategies to enhance business competitiveness against key competitors will be a key aspect of your job. You should be prepared to travel to trade shows and symposiums to network with customers and prospective clients. Conducting presentations to engineering firms, construction companies, and existing customers to promote products and services will also be part of your responsibilities. Your tasks will include reviewing RFQs and technical drawings to create proposals and quotes based on project specifications and client needs. This role will require travel to different locations to fulfill your responsibilities effectively. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent business communication skills in English, strong relationship-building abilities, outstanding presentation skills, and exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Consultant or Business Developer is required for this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, along with a total of 6 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in business development. Proficiency in English is essential for this position, and the work location is in person.
