HR Payroll and Compliances

As a member of our team located in Sector 54, Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with various tax filings, provident fund contributions, gratuity, and statutory deductions. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and implementing statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and workers" compensation. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and enforce HR policies that align with legal requirements and industry standards. In this role, you will need to ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and industry-specific compliance standards. It will be essential to maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation for compliance purposes. You will support employee onboarding and exit formalities, including final settlements, while overseeing wage structures for contractual and permanent staff in compliance with labor laws. Collaboration with HR teams to address grievances, improve employee satisfaction, and assist in benefits administration, including health insurance, leave policies, and bonuses, will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Therefore, your excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills will be valuable in this position. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for effective performance in this role.
