Intern - Talent Acquisition (Placement Department)
Location: Pune - Kothrud (Work from office)
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: Upto Rs 8,000 per month

Preference: Male Candidates Only

Job Description:

- We are seeking motivated interns to join our placement department as Client Acquisition Interns.
- This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience in recruitment and marketing within the context of student placements and career services.- Have to spend 9 hours daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential employers and industries for placement opportunities.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract new employers and expand our network of hiring partners.
• Collaborate with the placement team to create targeted outreach campaigns and initiatives to connect students with potential employers.
• Engage in prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate leads for job opportunities.
• Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and employer networking sessions.
• Cold calling and cold mailing to find new leads and acquire new clients.
• Provide support in maintaining and updating employer databases.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance our employer acquisition efforts.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment placement, Client Acquisition, Marketing, or Employer relations within the context of student placements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
