Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Payroll Support

• Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor daily attendance logs, regulate biometric/software entries, and manage leave applications in accordance with company policy.
• Payroll Administration: Collate monthly salary inputs, manage the distribution of salary slips, and resolve employee queries regarding pay and deductions.
• Statutory Compliance: Handle documentation and monthly processing for PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC. Ensure all filings are compliant with labor laws.
• Onboarding & Exit: Coordinate the documentation for new hires (collecting IDs, background checks) and manage the full exit clearance process for departing employees.

2. Office Administration

• Facility Management: Supervise office maintenance, cleanliness, and coordinate with vendors for repairs or utilities.
• Procurement: Manage office supplies and stationery inventory; handle petty cash and vendor invoicing.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing internal events, festive celebrations, and team-building activities to foster a positive culture.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, specifically handling PF/ESI and payroll data.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in HRMS software and Biometric systems.
• Strong command over MS Excel (for payroll sheets and data trackers).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a high degree of confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
