Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires with full compliance.* Coordinate employee Background Verification (BGV) with internal teams and external vendors.* Maintain accurate employee data, onboarding trackers, and master HR records.* Handle large-scale onboarding operations for 1000+ employees.* Create and manage Excel-based reports, dashboards, and HR MIS.* Oversee employee documentation, HRIS updates, and compliance checks.* Ensure accuracy, timely escalations, and adherence to SLAs. Required Skills & Experience* Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Onboarding, and BGV.* Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, Reporting).* Mandatory experience handling onboarding/BGV for 1000+ workforce.* Detail-oriented mindset with strong process and problem-solving orientation.* Ability to thrive in fast-paced HR shared services environments

Required Skills & Experience
